Checkers vs Pick n Pay — which one actually saves you money in 2026?

Not looking for a war. Genuinely trying to stop bleeding cash on the same basket every week. I tracked last month (yes, boring, I know): same 22 items, mid-size store not the fancy one. Checkers came out cheaper on dairy and cleaning stuff. Pick n Pay beat them on meat and the weird things you only find when you're hungover at 9pm. Delivery fees mess the whole thing up though.
